i got a roomba pro for $129+tax = $140 which included the roomba, two virtual walls, and a remote. Then checking Amazon.com, I find that I can get the roomba red for $149-$25 gift cert = $125 with one virtual wall.
seems the red charges faster and has other improvements like better program and easiest to empty dustbin. but i'd have to buy another virtual wall at least.
any opinions on which is the better deal? this is my first roomba and i haven't tried the pro unit out yet...still charging. |

Return the Pro and get the Red.
You'll thank me later.
I do think you can find a better price on the Roomba Red though. Shop around I thought I saw it somewhere for $101.00. Then you could get the extra wall unit and not feel so bad about it. |
