When it's running, feel underneath to see if the brushes are still spinning, I suspect that they are not.
If they aren't, take them out and make sure that there is no hair clogging the ends, don't forget to clean under the yellow bearings and inside where they attach to the Roomba as well.
If the brushes still don't spin, call iRobot at 1-877-855-8593. You will most likely be getting a replacement.
