| Is the iRobot site the only place to buy replacement filters or are they also carried in a retail store? |

I personally haven't ever seen them in stores, but you can get them from Amazon.com shipped for free if your order is over $25.

Do you guys know you can clean the Roomba filter? I clean my all the time instead of throwing it away.
I've experimented with several methods and all seem to work pretty well but I think soap and water work the best and are the easiest on the filter material.
I've been using the same filter for several months now and it's holding up remarkably well! |

Personally, I don't throw away a filter unless it gets torn. They are only needed for filtering fine particles, so as long as you keep them clean they can last a very long time.
