My problem is that when I place roomba on the dock station, it does not do good contact, and the light of charge is not on, and in order that it does good contact I have to put the hand on roomba pushing down, and then it works, but if I raise the hand, stops loading.

Did you try cleaning the contact post on both units. |

sorry to take this post from the past but I have the same problem... If I look at both charge contact, they are all dirt after each cleaning session... Do I need to clean them each time I use my Rombaa... That doesn't seem to be normal for a robot which should do everything by itself...
Any ideas?
