This was a design flaw in the original Roomba models - the original Roomba silver, the Roomba Pro and the Roomba Pro Elite. The problem has been resolved with the new Discovery series of Roomba models.
To get a replacement, fill out the order form at iRobot's website. iRobot will provide it to you at no charge.
Here is a link to the order form.
Good Luck!

| Thanks so much, it's nice to know that the company is standing behind the product and fixing this flaw. |

| You may place an order for replacement tire treads at the following page http://www.irobotstore.com/tiretread.html. Each tread kit comes with two replacement tire treads, double-sided tape, and instructions for assembly. |
