This was a design flaw in the original Roomba models - the original Roomba silver, the Roomba Pro and the Roomba Pro Elite. The problem has been resolved with the new Discovery series of Roomba models.

To get a replacement, fill out the order form at iRobot's website. iRobot will provide it to you at no charge.

Here is a link to the order form.

Good Luck!

Thanks so much, it's nice to know that the company is standing behind the product and fixing this flaw.

You may place an order for replacement tire treads at the following page http://www.irobotstore.com/tiretread.html. Each tread kit comes with two replacement tire treads, double-sided tape, and instructions for assembly.
