As I understand from all;
220V-110V adaptor
22Vdc 3amp 60hz 70w
is sufficient for all our ROOMBAS.
Is it OK?????

I think you will be inviting trouble by using a 3-ampere source. Max current should be 1.25A, to correspond to Discovery series APS Fast Charger power supplies. Also, if your phrase "...all our ROOMBAS" means you have a pre-Discovery vintage Roomba, then charging through those original models is in the range 0.3A to 0.5A.
If you are charging ONLY a Discovery, AND have on hand the 120VAC Fast Charger module, you should review the work that vassilis_eco reported to this board. See:
http://www.roombareview.com/chat/viewtopic.php?t=294
If you have the proper skill, or have a friend that does, you may want to upgrade the Fast-Charger for 220-240VAC, 50-60Hz service.

I thought the ampage was not so crucial as it only draws what it needs. Can somebody clarify this matter?

I'm in the UK which has the same voltage as you require. I bought a "Trust 100NS" universal laptop adaptor, set the Voltage to 22V, and it works absolutely fine. I'd guess this adaptor is available in other European countries.

I ordered Roomba Red from USA. In Finland we have 230V / 50Hz AC power. I use Fujitsu Siemens laptop power supply which outputs 22.8V DC. Works very well and charge time is about 3 hours. I had to change DC power connector.

If you mean to say that 1.25 amps is delivered AND voltage remains at 22Vdc, then I would use that power source on my own 4210.

Correction to my post. Don't use this adaptor! It worked fine for about a month for me, but it seems that it uses too high a current, and after a month, my Discovery was acting very odd. Orange light came on as soon as I switched it on, and it would attempt to redock straight away. I switched back to the original charger with a 220V adapter on it and everything started working fine...
