| Mine just arrived a little while ago and is now charging. I am anxious to see how great it will work. I also had to call HSN because no remote was sent with mine. It must have been a system glitch but they are sending one out right away. Let me know how yours is doing :) |

Me and another few people also didn't get remotes with our purchase and called hsn and they said they would ship it...
so good we all are getting them, if you don't get one, call hsn! they will ship you one! |

It looks like the HSN bundle didn't come with the remote, but they did mistakenly advertise that it would come with it.
So I would guess that no one actually received a remote, but they should send it out if you call them. |
