| Why is it that irobot have turned a blind eye to the international community in regards to spares support. As far as I'm concerned there would be an enormous advantage in gathering information and also a business case in an area of irobots growth where this would become a viable income. As it is at the moment, the lack of support by irobot to people outside the US may have consequences in the long term as the frustrated community grows. I just like to say to Irobot "stop being stuborn and pull your finger out and support a larger population than the US, or build a product that is more reliable. Have spare parts other than the typical items on your web page. ideally a breakdown in parts list. the roomba is a patent product so what's the problem? |
