how old is your roomba? if you happen to have an older roomba, say at least a year old, it could, by chance, be the battery. That would be great if that was the problem because it would be an easy fix.
here is a quote from irobot site that might help... its differernt than your problem but maybe you could try this 'reset'
Quote: If your Roomba Red, Roomba (sage), Roomba Discovery, or Roomba Discovery SE is indicating a full charge, but it only runs for 15 minutes when you press clean, you need to reset the charging system. You can do this by removing the battery from the robot and unplugging the charger from the wall and robot. Please hold the power button down for 30 seconds. You then should charge the robot overnight and try running Roomba the next day. For best performance, always store the robot on the charger. |

Only had my roomba a few days and it has been working fine. Now I went to use it after not using it for two days and it is totally dead. No battery light or anything. the charger has the green light and the base station and it was fully charged up but now it is not showing anything.
Anyone got any ideas? |
