| I think the subject says it all. I have tried resetting the unit and checking for dirt in the area, but nothing. I have seen reference to "cleaning the gearbox" but I'm not sure where this is. I can spin the brush with my hand, and it feels like it's spinning the motor, but when I go through the demo and it gets to the part where the side brush is supposed to spin, nothing happens, it's just very quiet. Help! :cry: |
