| I have a new problem. After getting a 3600 mAH battery from vic, my scheduler runs for over 2 hours. The problem is that my schedulable virtual walls run for the standard 2 hours. Every now and then the wall goes off and the roomba gets stuck on a rug rather than making it home. Is there any way that anyone has been able to modify a virtual wall to change the amount of time it stays on? The only other solution I could think of was to have two walls side by side set to come on an hour or so apart. |

| Well, congrats on the great runtime! I would recommend the 2cd set of walls scheduled because I don't know of any way to adjust that schedule built into the walls. Someone else might. You could also try to set the base closer to the walls if it has given up trying to dock and is just going...giving up and cleaning until death. It might dock sooner this way. PM me if you do decide you need more walls. I discovered a few extras when moving/emptying roomba boxes to the garage and would rather not deal with ebay. |

hi arnard
what an awesome problem to have. i'm a big fan of Li++ batteries as well.
this might help:
The Virtual Wall will automatically turn itself off after about 2.5 hours, or can be manually powered off by pressing the power button again. Virtual Wall Scheduler will shut off after about 100 minutes in the scheduled mode and 130 minutes in standard mode. Roomba Original Virtual Walls shut off after an hour.
got this off of iR's website. if you're running your bot on a schedule i don't know a work-around, but otherwise the non-scheduling VW's (the skinny ones, not the silver stubbies) might do the trick for you. |

| A great problem to have indeed! I think doubling up the walls with a split schedule would be your best bet. |
