| Anyone purchased a protection plan from HSN, was it worth wild? Was it one of those dumb ones where if you use it once, its void? Just purchased my first Scooba and for $35 I'm considered it. |

| There may be some owners here that purchased it but I would recommend that you contact HSN directly and get the facts. |

The problem with contacting HSN directly is that it's kind of like asking the car salesman or Best Buy employee whether the extended warranty is worth buying ;-)
By now, SOMEONE has to have a Scooba bought from HSN that's at least a year old... and I think everyone here would love to know whether a) they've had no problems, and the warranty so far was moot... or b) whether HSN played "bad cop" & looked for excuses to not honor it, made them pay for return shipping, etc. |
