I bought roomba 535 on may 13 and I can only use it for one time, because the right wheel doesn´t work, and it began going in cirles all time, and because i live in Colombia, the warranty void.

for that reason, I like to know what is the problem, before I have to buy a new right wheel. :(

Can somebody tell me how can i start the diagnosis process?

You will need a way to connect the the SCI Open Interface and send commands to your Roomba to place it into the diagnostic mode. These commands are not documented anywhere so if you require them, send me a PM.

You may want to just remove your drive wheel assembly and test is using a 9 volt battery. You may even have a cold solder joint on the motor housing connector that would just require a soldering iron re-flow to make the connection work electrically. You can also just use the Demo mode to perform some tests on your Roomba.
