I'm sure someone will eventually chime in and give you some heads up about it. I myself don't own a Looj, so I can't help you there. The weekends are sometimes slow to get a response.
If these are like the Roomba's, try to reset it to see if that will help. Take out the battery(Don't know how), and press the power button for at least 10 seconds. Replace battery and see if that will help. |
