| My roomba 4150 model is less powerful--it used to make a strong vibrating sound when it ran--now it sounds pitiful and less powerful. I know I probably need a new battery, but even when battery is fully charged, it still sounds pathetic--any ideas? I'm afraid it may not improve just with a new APS battery. PS I've "reset" it and the battery still won't charge well, so I think I need a new one. |

| Just guessing, but you might have hair wound around the gear shaft causing drag. If this is the case, it might also be in the gear housing. If it is out of warranty, take it apart and clean everything (regreasing where needed). If in warranty, call for a fix/replacement! |
