| Told them my Scooba didn't come with the bulb pump, they told me they would get one sent out, a week later I received an letter stating it was unavailable. I sent HSN another email and they gave me a $50 credit back on the Scooba. So when all was said in done I only paid $165 for it, not to bad. |
