arnard, have you tried resetting the Roomba? Take out the battery and press the power button for at least 10-15 seconds. Replace battery and try again.
Since you said you have bench tested the switch, and verified it's getting up to the PCB, I'm afraid that it might be on the PCB. You have done what you can do by running the diagnostics, and checking the switch.
Maybe someone will chime in that knows what is causing this issue. But, I'm leaning more towards a PCB. You can check with Chris who runs Roomba Exchange to see how much that would be. It might be worth you fixing it up. Not sure how much you spent on it already.. |
