IRobot performed a site maintenance function all day yesterday and now you can't log in and access the message boards. All you can get to is the maintenance page. Anyone else having this issue on that web site.

Yep . . . get to the site but not logged in. Log in and go back to site, still not logged in. They've definitely got a problem. :?

I'm beginning to think whatever is going on with iRobot's forum isn't by accident.

Since no one can log into the forum area, I sent a message to iRobot Support about the problem. Instead of an actual reply to my message, I received a reply stating they had reset my password. (Which had nothing to do with the problem.) I responded back and explained the situation in more detail and NEVER received a response.

Now while going over the messages that were posted up through 6-14-2008 it appears that many of the messages are missing, and it appears that someone is deleting a lot of the posts that contained negative remarks about iRobot, their products, and/or their support and they have basically shut down the board to any new posts.

Can't actually substantiate my personal observations with "facts", but after going through the messages on their board it does appear to me a lot of the messages I read in the past are indeed missing and no longer available.

**sigh** That's why I stopped helping on that board. Certain posts going "missing", etc..
