This is more to Vic for ways to correct,
I did the bearing mod and replaced the gears at the same time. The large gear fits just a tad loose in the bearing. Just loose enough that the gear tends to turn in the bearing more then turn the bearing inner ring. I tried rubber cement on the inside to make it fit tighter. But after a run the cement all came out and it was slipping again. I was debating using epoxy but I'm not sure that is such a good idea. There is also contact cement which holds better and liquid nails which holds very well. before I start expermenting with glues, what have others done? |

| Your very best option would be to just purchase additional gears from Chris at RoombaExchange.com You could also experiment with liquid nails and also a good epoxy. You just have to be careful with contact between the moving components of the ball bearing. |

| Been thinking about it and going to try silicone first. Both silicone and liquid nails expand as they cure but liquid nails is a bit dryer and harder to work with in then layers and small areas. |
