| Why do things always happen in 3's?? RoombaExchange - I see you are have vacation days (good for you) but I can't figure our just exactly when I can send something (roomba and scooba) and get them back in a reasonable time. I hate when companies think everyone has or can use Windows email. It always brings my computer down and I know others in the same boat as well. I need them fixed and sent back within a reasonable time. Please - can you enlighten me to a sending deadline? |

Repair service turn around time is generally 3-4 weeks so you have already passed that point to have it returned before the repair department closes for vacations this year. We will resume repairs Aug 5 and all repairs will be handled in the order in which they arrived.
International and domestic shipping of routine store parts, accessories and Roomba/Scooba orders will not be affected by the vacation dates of the repairs department personnel. |
