It's about six months old, and my mom was complaining that it would run for a minute and then stop. I had her charge it overnight then started it. It ran for a minute, then stopped; I checked it for a jam and nothing, turned it back on, it ran for a few minutes and then ran over a piece of paper. I stopped it to remove the paper and then started it and it ran for two seconds and stopped and the power went off. It now has no lights at all whether charging or not. I tried removing and replacing the battery and nothing. What next?
Update.... battery wasn't in right so that solves the no power at all problem, and I'm running it to see if it quits again.
