I was wondering abt the service level the international community experienced with iRobot? Was it getting bad?
I have been getting quite bad service from them...was on a call yesterday enquiry abt an order and the person was so eager to hang up and insist that I do not have a valid zip code which was correct! :x |

Tried to mail them on many e-mail adresses, but no answer!
If you are calling or mailing from outside the USA you are a terrorist and hang out with Bin Laden! Your credit card is a bomb and you should not try to contact them at all you bloody terrorist!!!
It´s not the same with private persons in the USA, they are really nice.
But companys and goverments thinks that all signals comming from outside the USA is a threat!
GET A GRIP AMERICANS! |

Online service is bad. They ignore updates and emails and when I did call and talk to a person he didn't have the correct info and I had to repeat it all.
Service policies are bad. (They should send a return authorization prepaid label for return shipping and what is this idiocy about not shipping in the actual box?) I had no problem returning one to Amazon when it didn't work out of the box but returning to iRobot is a pita.
