I just found this on of all places a sewing machine site. It is a rather inexpensive up to 200W version with the ability for any of you in other countries to use the Roombas that are sold in the USA. They also sell a 500W for $69.99.

It appears they ship to most any country too and supply either the round or straight US plugs.
I have no personal experience - just giving you the info in case you need it for the Roomba or anything else.
(I also posted this on the international forum) |

Nice, but expensive. I just bought this one for a guy I helped buy a Scooba as well:
Cost me 25 dollars plus shipping on eBay (shipping was rather expensive, but extremely fast. I had it after three days!), and this is the eBay shop I got it from: http://stores.ebay.com/Voltage-Converters-Power-Inverters
I measured it, and it gave out a very stable 108.5 V. Better than those even cheaper "travel" things that gives you 135 V and kills your robot. This one is ment to be on 24/7 and should be able to take a good botpack. |

Hello,
Can I ask you why do you use so high potency (I mean if the new roomba and scooba models need it)?
I have a 4230 model and I haven't had problems with a 100W transformer now I'm thinking to buy a scooba so I want to know if I need one with more power. |

| For my part it's the same reason that I built the record shelves in my home theater from 2x4's: I believe in going totally over board, so I know I will never have any problems with something being to weak. But for one Roomba and one Scooba I would not go for only 100 watts, you'd be too close to the limit, especially if that thing of yours isn't built for being on 24/7. |
